Take me back to beaches 

bonfires and good vibes,

for now paradise is a state of mind.

I am 

drawn to the water,

near it I feel most like me – 

I want to breathe in the ocean mist,

take me to live by a beautiful sea.

For now, paradise will be a state of mind for me.

Send me away to safely drift 

amidst my thoughts,

clarity and sanity but

life vests

for this vessel

with a message.

Message in a bottle?

I’ll carry it full throttle

lest I sink fathoms 

below my destiny. 

Beach or Mountains? 

It’s always the beach, for me.
