I self published “The Girl is Awake” in early 2022. I have to say that this is the project that I am most proud of to date. It displays the utmost growth as a writer and a human on a healing journey. “I Am Light” was also featured in Urban Magazine in the fall of 2022.
The next two poems were my first pieces featured in Urban Magazine in early 2022. To say that the timing of these features was pivotal is an understatement.
