NEW TO MY BLOG HOMEPAGE:

Vision, Mission, and Message statements!

I feel like there are some things that will turn out just fine. That I need to worry less about. Because I am doing and will continue doing my part. And life has a way.

Hello Fall – Hello to do lists – Hello more stress and constant colds?!?

I have been handling a multitude of important matters lately. Whether the task is for my household, my new position (which brings me so much added purpose and fulfillment), author coaching sessions and tasks to compete, maintaining my consistency in my therapy appointments, legal parenting things, making time to rest my arthritic feet, getting my teenager through high school while we bounce back and forth with these common colds, planning things for my almost 2 year old and the back and forth visits with my now 13 year old…

I forgot where I was going with this post. Oh, yeah, so I have been on the go and addressing important things that I never thought I would have the courage or capacity to address. Do I need to be more mindful of my words and emotions? Always.

I feel like I don’t extend myself the grace that I once extended to others even in the midst of making extremely important decisions that I chose not to speak my mind about.

I feel like there are some things that will turn out just fine. That I need to worry less about. Because I am doing and will continue doing my part. And life has a way.

On a mission to inner peace.

I must make my peace with many things lest I allow them to deplete me. Many things I cannot control nor do I understand. What I must focus on are the things that I can control and the new levels of understanding that I have today.

And with all of these wonderful and rewarding things I have going, along with all of the things that still tick me off or rub me the wrong way, I have the choice to continue on my path and have faith that the future will be increasingly bright for me and my kids.

I want to share some recent magazine features and poems that I created from Threads writing prompts (that app is now one of my favorites!)
